Ganz Management LLC is a residential property management company based in Huntington Station, New York. We manage rental apartment buildings across Long Island — a portfolio of roughly seventy-five buildings — on behalf of their owners.
We are the office the residents of those buildings call when something needs fixing, a lease is up, or a payment needs sorting out. We are a manager of property, not a broker: we do not list or sell real estate.
What we do
- Leasing and tenant relations — showing units, preparing leases, renewals, and handling day-to-day resident questions.
- Rent collection and property accounting — rent posting, arrears, vendor bills, and the monthly books for each building.
- Maintenance and repairs — routine upkeep, emergency repairs, and turnovers, carried out by our own staff and by trades we engage.
- Building operations — inspections, compliance with local requirements, insurance and utility administration, and capital work for the owners.
Who we work with
Residents of the buildings we manage, the owners of those buildings, and the contractors and suppliers who work on them. We do not offer services to the general public and we do not solicit business by phone or text.
