Timecard Terms of Use

For employees of Ganz Management LLC

This application is provided by Ganz Management LLC to its own employees, for recording time worked. It is not a public service. If you are not an employee of Ganz Management, it is not for you and you should not use it.

Your access

You are sent a single-use link by text message to set the app up on your phone. That link is personal to you.

• Do not forward it. Anyone who opens it before you do becomes you, as far as the system is concerned.
• Once used, the link is spent, and your access is tied to that one phone.
• Do not record time on someone else’s behalf, and do not let someone else use your phone to do it. That misstates what you and they are owed.
• If you lose or replace your phone, tell your manager and they will send a new link. Your old device stops working at that point.

What you are recording

Each time you tap, you are stating where you are and what the work is for. Your phone’s location is recorded alongside it as supporting evidence. Your entry is what counts — the location never overrides what you say, and it never rejects an entry.

At the end of each week you review what was recorded, correct anything wrong, and submit it. Submitting is you stating that the week is accurate. A manager then reviews and approves it.

What we do with it

Approved hours are used to work out pay and to allocate costs to the correct property. See the Privacy Notice for what is recorded and how long it is kept.

Text messages

You will receive a text when you are enrolled, and again if you replace your phone. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving them. Doing so does not affect your employment or your pay; it means setup links must reach you another way. Message and data rates may apply.
